Project Description:
Irvine Valley College is collaborating with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) to develop a new, permanent campus bus stop located within Parking Lot 5.
The original bus stop at the front of campus has been demolished, and a temporary OCTA bus stop is currently in place near the Student Activities Center (SAC) to maintain service during the transition.
- Planning for the permanent stop began in Spring 2025.
- Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2026, with project completion anticipated by Summer 2026.
- Additional design and transit access updates will be provided as the project progresses.
