Project Description:
Infrastructure scope is currently underway for conduit runs and new electrical panel support for up to 30 electric vehicle charger stations. Install location of these chargers TBD as of June 2021. Four new chargers replaced the previous chargers in Parking Lot 8, close to BEES Garden, during Fall 2020 for field testing.
This project is currently on hold pending Southern California Edison’s (SCE) EV Charge Ready Infrastructure Program. SCE’s program covers design approval and will install complete infrastructure at no cost to the college beyond the cost of purchasing the 30 stations.
