Black Student Success Scholar Program

The Black Student Success Scholars (BSSS) program connects students from the African Diaspora to experience Black Excellence through a safe and welcoming environment.

College Corps

Helps create debt-free pathways to college while engaging students across California in solving problems in their communities.

Early College Pathway at Beckman High School

Dual enroll in classes at Beckman High School and IVC. Upon program completion, students earn a high school diploma & an IGETC Certification, which is 51 transferable credits to the UCs and CSUs.

FELLAS

IVC FELLAS (formerly EMCEES) is a DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) driven male initiative focused on student success and community engagement for the college’s self-identified men of color students, staff, and faculty.

GAP4+1

A partnership with Cal State Fullerton (CSUF) that enables students to graduate with a bachelor's degree in four years and a master's degree with one more additional year.

Guardian Scholars Program at IVC

Priority registration, academic counseling, textbook assistance and other support for students who were or are in the foster care system.

HEARTS Scholars Program

Counselor-led support, community building, and resources for students experiencing food and housing insecurities.

Honors Program

A supportive learning community that nurtures academic, professional, and personal growth in highly motivated students from all backgrounds.

International Student Center

Support services for F-1 visa students including admission, immigration advising, academic counseling, programming and more.

Irvine Valley Promise

Two years of free tuition, bookstore voucher, counseling services and other resources for eligible first-time, full-time students.

Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) Program

The MESA Program is committed to the success of first-generation college students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), by providing opportunities for academic achievement and professional development.

NSF S-STEM Scholar Program

Provides full scholarships, academic support, & research opportunities for engineering transfer students demonstrating financial need.

Pride Scholars Program

Counselor-led support, community building, and resources for LGBTQIA+ students.

Promise Program

Two years of free tuition, bookstore voucher, counseling services and other resources for eligible first-time, full-time students.

Puente Program

An academic, counseling and mentoring program that has improved college persistence and success rates for thousands of California’s educationally underserved students.

Re-Entry Center

Counseling appointments, workshops, and resources to help students 25 years and older transition back to college.

Summer Bridge Program

For incoming IVC students to build college survival skills, persuasive speaking, communication skills, research, effective listening, study skills, goal-setting, and time management

UCI Engineering Academy

A partnership with the UCI Samueli School of Engineering. Participants get guaranteed admission to the UCI Samueli School of Engineering, reserved class seating for major courses at IVC and will transfer to UCI with junior standing.

Veterans Services Center

A welcoming one-stop site for our military-affiliated students to assist with VA education benefits, medical benefits, mental health needs, and academic planning.

Womxn of Color Collective

A group dedicated to building community and empowering self-identified womxn of color students, staff, and faculty
