Student permits will be required as of Monday, August 29. All other parking regulations will be enforced beginning the first day of the fall semester, Monday, August 22, including staff parking areas.
A valid student permit or daily permit is required to park in student parking spaces. A valid staff permit is required to park in staff parking spaces. Students are reminded not to park in spaces marked “STAFF.” Students enrolled in online or distance learning courses are still required to display a valid parking permit while visiting the campus for exams or facility use. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to park legally.
While time-restricted (green curbed) parking spaces do not require a permit, vehicles parked there are subject to the time limitation of the marked space. All other regulations are enforced (red curb, ADA, roadway, no overnight, etc.).
* Parking permits are required starting Fall Semester 2022
The SOCCCD Board of Trustees determines the cost of parking permits. Permit prices are subject to change upon Board of Trustee approval or changes in California Education Code.
