Project Description:
The Campus-Wide Infrastructure Projects Plan is providing upgrades as per previous site assessment report and recommendations. Some minor projects currently underway include the replacement of electrical panels, gas lines, and plumbing drain lines wherever possible and appropriate. At PE 100, PE200, A100, A200 and A300, this work is associated with the Scheduled Maintenance Roofing and HVAC project.
Additional Project Background Information: Fiscal Year 21/22 funds ($500k) were earmarked for planning and investigation for Fiscal Year 22/23 projects. All projects based on the comments and recommendations in the Burns/McDonnell Underground Utility Condition Assessment & Capacity Analysis Report, dated December 2019.
