In an attempt to standardize when SLO assessment results are submitted, the SLO Committee is suggesting the following timeline broken into four phases.

Who: Program Faculty (in collaboration)

What:

  • Review and Analyze SLO Data: Check the SLO Tableau Dashboard for disaggregated data to identify skills gaps
  • Identify Use of Results: Identify Changes to be made to enhance Student Learning
  • Report on Use of Results: Use the SLO Collection Form

When: Complete this step by the end of flex week the following Academic Year after data collection. (Example: if data was collected in Fall, discuss SLO results and plan in Spring, report the following Fall)
