You can recover your password in any of the following three ways: 

  1. By browsing to this location:  Microsoft Online Password Reset    
  2. From the MySite (Legacy or Banner) Login page, click the "Forgot my password" link to access the self-service password reset tool.  
  3. From a computer on campus, login to Windows.  Press Control-Alt-Delete, choose "Change Password" and follow the prompts.  

From any of the three methods above, you will land on this screen: 

Step 1

  • Enter your college assigned  email address  
  • Enter any additional security prompts 
  • Click Next 

Step 2

  •  Select one of the available contact methods  

Step 3

  • Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone 

Step 4

  • Enter and confirm your new password 

Step 5

  • Your password reset is now complete!
