What is Changing?

The use of Student Number/PIN option as a sign in method to MySite (Legacy or Banner) will be discontinued as of September 19, 2024. Students will be required to sign in with their college email address and password.

Please note, non-active students will not be able to access MySite (Legacy or Banner).

How do I get my college email address?

You can find your college email address by: 

  1. Checking your personal email account for a “Student Account Information” welcome email from the college.  The welcome email is sent after admission to the college. 
  2. Going to the Legacy MySite Login page, click the “Can’t access your account?” link and follow the prompts. 

How do I get my password?

You can recover your password in any of the following three ways: 

  1. By browsing to this location:  Microsoft Online Password Reset    
  2. From the MySite (Legacy or Banner) Login page, click the "Forgot my password" link to access the self-service password reset tool.  
  3. From a computer on campus, login to Windows.  Press Control-Alt-Delete, choose "Change Password" and follow the prompts.
