Project Description:
The Scheduled Maintenance Roofing and HVAC Project is providing upgrades through repair and/or replacement of the roofing and HVAC systems of the PE 100, PE200, A100, A200 and A300 buildings.

Construction began Summer 2021 with an estimated completion January 2022. Due to supply chain delays, final project close out may extend into March 2022.

B Quad – ADA Transition Plan Project

Project Description:
The B Quad is getting a much needed facelift thanks to the District-Wide ADA Transition Plan Project. The project is occurring simultaneously at both campuses and consists of: Renovation of restrooms, replacement of sidewalks to make them ADA compliant, and new ADA compliant ramps, stairs and plaza areas. B Quad is one such plaza area.

Campus-Wide Lighting Upgrades Project

Project Description:
The Campus-Wide Lighting Project is providing upgrades across campus of inefficient lighting and related controls with the intent to reduce energy usage, reduce operating costs, achieve greater control of lighting systems.

Design phase began Spring 2021 and construction is estimated to begin Spring 2022. Project completion is estimated for October 2022.

The Student-Focused Campuswide Signage Implementation Project at Irvine Valley College (IVC) will create a comprehensive, campuswide wayfinding system to improve navigation, communication, and campus identity. The new signage will be clear, accessible, and student-centered, helping everyone move confidently across campus.
