Student Forms
The IVC Admissions and Records Office utilizes electronic forms for submitting requests. This will allow students to complete and submit forms securely. Each form has a concise description to provide the objective of the form.
Most of the forms will require an active IVC account. If you have not attended IVC for one year or more, visit Student Forms: Non Active.

Automatic Degree/Certificate Awarding
Automatic degree/certificate awarding is the process by which you will be awarded any and all degrees and certificates for which you’ve completed the requirements, based on course completion within the district. No application is necessary! You could be eligible for degrees or certificates in your primary program of study and/or additional programs that you qualify for. Please note that this process does not take into account courses taken outside of the district or in-progress courses being taken in the current semester.

Registration Priorities
Effective Fall 2014, California Community Colleges were required to adopt new registration priorities. Registration times are assigned based on academic standing, completed degree-applicable units, completion of matriculation, and other factors in the following order:

IVC/IUSD Summer College Program
Irvine Valley College (IVC) and the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) are excited to share the IVC/IUSD Summer College program for Summer 2023 at IVC. Made possible through funding from the City of Irvine's Measure BB, the program will run from June 13 to July 26, 2024.

The Freshman Advantage Program begins in Fall 2021. Freshman Advantage applicants who would like to enroll in Summer 2021 classes will need to follow the instructions listed below AFTER completing the Fall 2021 application process.
Fast Fridays (Matriculation)
Fast Fridays (available during the spring semester for fall semester applicants) can help to expedite the Matriculation process.
In one Friday, you will receive the following services:
- Group Advisement
- First Semester MAP (My Academic Plan)
- Parent Orientation
- Lunch
- Group Orientation
- Campus Tour
To participate in Fast Fridays, you must first complete an IVC admission application.
