Irvine Valley College (IVC) and the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) are excited to share the IVC/IUSD Summer College program for summer 2024 at IVC. Made possible through funding from the City of Irvine's Measure BB, the program will run from June 13 to July 26, 2024.
Which IUSD schools are participating?
Current IUSD 9th–11th graders and incoming 9th graders at Creekside, Irvine, IVA, Northwood, Portola, San Joaquin, University, and Woodbridge high schools will be given an exclusive first-come, first-served opportunity to enroll in any of the CSU- and UC- transferable general education classes listed on the IVC/IUSD Summer College Class Descriptions page. Once classes are filled, students are placed on a waiting list.
Class registration begins April 29, 2024. Students need to be enrolled into the program before registering for classes.
How to Enroll
Students currently attending or incoming 9th grader at one of the participating IUSD schools listed above must follow the instructions detailed in this section to enroll in the IVC/IUSD Summer College Program.
