The services are provided through a partnership with the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN).

“Know Your Rights” Resources to Support Immigrant Communities in California
Governor Newsom’s Office has released updated “Know Your Rights” fact sheets in Spanish and English that offer guidance for recognizing federal immigration agents, what to do if you are witness to an immigration arrest, and an FAQ. The California Department of Social Services also provides a contact list for general legal assistance, assistance for removal proceedings, and services for youths and minors.
