Starting Fall 2019 through Spring 2020, Classified professionals representing departments and services from across the campus participated in three in-person coaching sessions with IEBC’s President and CEO Brad Phillips. During these sessions, our Classified identified and developed departmental and college-wide behavioral commitments to strengthen student connection and academic success.
In addition, Classified professionals created implementation, monitoring, and communication plans. These plans provide institutionalization and sustainability of Caring Campus at the college. In Fall 2020, Classified professionals came together in a virtual convocation and presented these plans to the college community.
Behavioral commitments developed by IVC Classified Professionals for traditional (face-to-face) and virtual student interactions.
