Project Description:
The Irvine Valley College Student Housing facility will be built on a previously undeveloped site on the southeast portion of campus near the Fine Arts Complex.
Access Control Project

Project Description:
The Access Control Project is a campus-wide security upgrade project. Its components, installed in two phases, include: Cameras and requisite software/servers/switches, Panic buttons, Keyless entry card readers with electronic access hardware/cabling/ADA barrier revisions, and an Automated system for Campus Police Dispatch.

Live Oak Terrace Shade Structures Project

Project Description:
The Live Oak Terraces Shade Structure project will provide shading for the entire terrace seating area.
The project began Fall 2021. Estimated design approval by DSA is March 2022. Construction is slated to begin July 2022 with project completion November 2022.
