Meet with Irvine Valley College (IVC) staff and faculty to assist and guide you through the enrollment process by attending our in-person workshops and events on the IVC campus.

ELEVATE AAPI Learning Community (LC) and EMPOWER Tracks are open to all students who meet the program requirements (will be discussed during information session).
Space is limited to approximately 25 students per academic year for the Learning Community and 35 students for the EMPOWER Tracks. The program enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will utilize waitlists for any additional interested students and provide referrals for any additional services available.
ELEVATE Faculty Mentors
Faculty Mentors are assigned to each interest area/educational Guided Pathway at IVC so students in the cohort can meet with the designated faculty to learn more about the major, degree, career pathways, work-based learning experiences (such as internships, apprenticeships, and fellowships) that align with in-demand industry sectors or occupations.

Learning Community
The ELEVATE AAPI Learning Community (LC) is a yearlong cohort where students can take UC/CSU required transferable courses in a community of supportive students and faculty. As part of the Learning Community, students’ seats are guaranteed in these courses. Space is limited to 25 students, so sign up today!

IVC Receives $2.5 Million for Veterans Services Center
On November 4, Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris presented IVC with $2.5 million from the California state budget to expand Veterans Services Center and the resources the center. Since 2014, IVC’s Veterans Services Center has assisted veterans, active-duty personnel, reservists, and their dependents/spouses with the application for VA educational benefits and their certification process.
