The IVC Admissions and Records Office utilizes electronic forms for submitting requests. This will allow students to complete and submit forms securely. Each form has a concise description to provide the objective of the form.
Most of the forms will require an active IVC account. If you have not attended IVC for one year or more, visit Student Forms: Non Active.

Automatic Degree/Certificate Awarding
Automatic degree/certificate awarding is the process by which you will be awarded any and all degrees and certificates for which you’ve completed the requirements, based on course completion within the district. No application is necessary! You could be eligible for degrees or certificates in your primary program of study and/or additional programs that you qualify for. Please note that this process does not take into account courses taken outside of the district or in-progress courses being taken in the current semester.

Effective Fall 2014, California Community Colleges were required to adopt new registration priorities. Registration times are assigned based on academic standing, completed degree-applicable units, completion of matriculation, and other factors in the following order:
