The Scheduled Maintenance Campus-Wide Painting Project is a campus wide project aimed at painting and refreshing all buildings on campus.

Work is ongoing with this project with no set timeline for completion. Currently completed building painting projects include PE100, PE200 and M500.

B 200 Furniture Fixtures Equipment (FFE) and Finishes Renovations Project

Project Description:
The B200 Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment (FFE) and Finishes Renovations Project will provide a much needed facelift to the B200 building. From classrooms to offices to shared open spaces, all areas of the B200 is getting some much needed TLC.

PE 200 Gas Generator Project

Project Start Date: Fall 2021
Construction Start Date: April 2022
Project Completion Date: September 2022
Project Description:
The PE 200 Gas Generator Project will provide a continuous source of electricity for the PE 200 building.

The project is still in design with contractor selection February 2022. Construction will begin April 2022, and project completion September 2022.

Gym Bleachers Replacement Project

Construction Start Date: August 2021
Project Completion Date: April 2022 (Confirmed Supply chain delays)
Project Description:
The Gym Bleachers Replacement Project includes replacement of the telescoping bleacher system, upgrades to the existing fire alarm system in the PE200 building, and accessibility upgrades including: accessible entrances, drinking fountain/bottle fill stations, signage, restrooms and parking modifications.
