Once your placement results for English/ESL and math are available in MySite (Legacy or Banner), you may complete advisement. Advisement sessions can be completed in-person with a counselor at IVC or self-paced online.

Irvine Valley College has started an automatic degree/certificate awarding process. If you qualify for one or more degrees and/or certificates, you may receive a notification that you are being awarded with them. No application is necessary! You could be eligible for degrees or certificates in your primary program of study and/or additional programs that you qualify for.
You may obtain an immediate official verification of your degree or enrollment status at no cost by utilizing the National Student Clearinghouse.

A transcript is the official document that records the grade and units earned in courses. Students are encouraged to submit their transcripts to IVC for evaluation if:

Irvine Valley College has partnered with Parchment as the designated agent for processing and sending official transcripts on behalf of the college. You can order official transcripts anytime, 24 hours a day. Parchment has been granted the authority to deliver all electronic and paper (hard-copy) transcript requests on behalf of the college and will respond to any inquiries regarding these transactions. Electronic delivery is the recommended method.
