Irvine Valley College Celebrates Successful Opening of 2026 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition
Irvine Valley College (IVC) is proud to showcase the exceptional talent of its student artists through the 2026 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition, now on display at the IVC Art Gallery through July 13.
The exhibition opened on April 30 with a standing-room-only reception, drawing students, faculty, families, alumni, and community members to celebrate the accomplishments of IVC’s emerging artists.

Youth Empowerment Strategies for Success (YESS)
The Youth Empowerment Strategies for Success – Independent Living Program (YESS-ILP) is a supportive and empowering program designed specifically for current and former foster youth at Irvine Valley College. The goal of the program is to equip students with the tools to navigate college life, build independence, and achieve personal and academic success.

Work Experience Education
Work Experience Education (WEE) is an academic program offering students the opportunity to earn units of credit while learning on-the-job, whether paid or unpaid. WEE is a student-centered, educational value-added academic course designed with specific, measurable learning outcomes pre-determined by student, employer, and the WEE instructor.

Gain Work Experience and Earn Transferable College Credit
Work Experience Education is offered as a credit course: One semester unit of credit will be awarded for every 54 hours of work experience. Applies to both paid and unpaid work experience. Students will earn up to 4 units of credit per semester.

The IVC Music Performance Club is dedicated to gathering students and bringing them closer through passion for music. Our mission is to empower students that want to express their music skill of any level, build confidence, and create opportunities for live performances to enrich the campus as a whole.
Matryoshka – Russian-Speaking Cultural & Language Exchange Club
Purpose and Services
The mission of the club is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where Russian-speaking and multilingual students, as well as non-native speakers, can develop their language skills, academic skills, and confidence in order to more easily succeed academically and integrate into college life. The club supports learning and practicing the Russian language, exploring Russian culture, and building meaningful connections through cultural exchange, conversation, shared experiences, and mutual support.
IVC Soccer Community Club
Purpose and Services
The mission of the IVC Soccer Community Club is to create an inclusive environment where students can connect through soccer by engaging in discussions, campus involvement, physical activity, and community building, while supporting IVC soccer programs and encouraging student participation.
