International Education Week (IEW) 2023 is November 13-17! IEW is a national event that is a joint initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education. IEW celebrates the benefits of international education and exchange programs worldwide as they prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.
IVC will be hosting activities for all students in honor of IEW, including the annual International Day celebration on Wednesday, November 15. The International Student Program and International Student Club support these events in recognition of the cultural diversity represented on campus.
This celebration is part of International Education Week — a joint event between the U.S. State Department and Department of Education — that highlights the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. International Day is co-sponsored by IVC International Student Program and the International Club.
