Purpose
The Mental Health and ADHD Eligibility Program is designed to assist students who are struggling with symptoms which are negatively impacting their academic success. Typical symptoms include difficulties with attention, concentration, processing information, or mood. The goal of the program is to provide support services and accommodations which level the playing field for students to be successful in college level courses.
This program will determine if students are eligible for disability accommodations under Title 5; however, we do not provide DSM-5 diagnoses to students. If you are seeking a diagnosis, please utilize your insurance or local low-cost clinics for assessment services. If you need additional information, please contact the DSPS Office at (949)451-5630 or ivcdsps@ivc.edu
