Dear Students,
As you prepare for finals, remember that IVC is here to support you every step of the way.
Should you find yourself not feeling your best, experiencing stress, or needing support, don't hesitate to reach out to the Health and Wellness Center for assistance.
The finish line is in sight – finals and end-of semester projects are the last hurdles before your well-deserved winter break. Soon, you'll have the opportunity to recharge with family and friends.
Our commitment to helping you finish the semester strong remains steadfast. Remember not to overlook the basics: prioritize sleep, stay hydrated, eat well, and take breaks when needed. As you tackle your remaining papers and exams, trust in the preparation you've put in and the knowledge you've gained throughout the semester.
Please be sure to register to attend the IVC Cares Food Giving Event on December 14 to receive a free meal and additional pantry items, while supplies last. The food will be first-come, first-served.
You've worked hard, and we believe in your ability to succeed. If you encounter challenges along the way, don't hesitate to reach out to a faculty or staff member. We're here to support you. We also recognize the impact of recent and ongoing events in the world on our students and campus community, and we remain committed to supporting you, in any manner we can.
Wishing you strength, focus, and success during this final stretch.
Best,
John
