To complete the Honors Program, receive recognition on the IVC academic transcript, and get special consideration by transfer institutions, Honors Program students must accomplish the following:
Honors Course Completion: Students complete a minimum of 15 semester units of Honors courses by the end of their final spring semester at IVC. All Honors courses must be taken for a letter grade (not pass/no pass).
Whether you have your sights on a UC, CSU, out-of-state, or private university, your path to transfer starts at IVC. Our transfer programs give you a streamlined plan to complete your general education and college major preparation courses. Once you finish, you will be ready to transfer as a junior at four-year university to complete your bachelor’s degree in your field of study.
All currently enrolled IVC students are eligible to ride the OC Bus for free!

The Technology Services Help Desk provides phone and online chat support Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm (closed on campus holidays).
