Pregnant & Parenting

Congratulations!

Irvine Valley College is committed to the academic and personal success of all students including those who are pregnant and parenting. We have various support services designed to help parenting students succeed and thrive at IVC.

Drug Abuse and Alcohol Prevention Program

The Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Regulations (Education Department General Administrative Regulations [EDGAR]) specifies that no institution of higher education shall be eligible to receive funds or any other form of financial assistance under any Federal program, including participation in any federally funded or guaranteed student loan program, unless the institution certifies to the Secretary that the institution has adopted and has implemented a program to prevent the use of illicit drugs and the abuse of alcohol by students and employees.

Student Forms: Non Active

Use the forms below if you have not been an active student at IVC or Saddleback College for one (1) year or more.

The forms on this page will allow students that have not been an active student at IVC or SC to submit a form for action. You will be able to upload attachments directly on the form.

Student Forms

The IVC Admissions and Records Office utilizes electronic forms for submitting requests. This will allow students to complete and submit forms securely. Each form has a concise description to provide the objective of the form.

Most of the forms will require an active IVC account. If you have not attended IVC for one year or more, visit Student Forms: Non Active.

Automatic Degree/Certificate Awarding

Automatic degree/certificate awarding is the process by which you will be awarded any and all degrees and certificates for which you’ve completed the requirements, based on course completion within the district. No application is necessary! You could be eligible for degrees or certificates in your primary program of study and/or additional programs that you qualify for. Please note that this process does not take into account courses taken outside of the district or in-progress courses being taken in the current semester.
