Appointments & Drop-In Hours

Visit International Counseling Appointments to access on-line appointment scheduling.  You can schedule either in-person or virtual appointments as available.  Check back if appointments are not listed as new appointments are released periodically.

You can talk with an ISP team member and schedule an academic or immigration advising appointment at the Appointment Scheduling Lobby.  The Appointment Scheduling Lobby is open Monday – Friday (the lobby closes at 4:30pm on Friday) at the following times:

• 9 - 11 am (PDT)
• 3 - 5 pm (PDT)

Visit an academic counselor during in-person and virtual drop-in hours. All Drop-In Hours are in Pacific Time.

Drop-Ins provide 10-15 minute sessions to ask quick questions and receive support with a counselor. They are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and wait times vary. For more time or detailed actions, please schedule a counseling appointment.
