At Irvine Valley College, we are proud to serve some of the most resilient students on our campus, parenting students in the EOPS, CARE, CalWORKs, NextUp, and Guardian Scholars Programs. These remarkable individuals are not only pursuing their education but are also the sole providers for their families, working tirelessly to break generational cycles and build brighter futures for themselves and their children.
The IVC Adopt-a-Family Program provides meaningful assistance to low-income students and their families during the holiday season. Through the generosity of donors like you, we are able to provide food for a festive holiday event and toys and gifts for the children of our students.
During the holidays, our parenting students sometimes face difficult choices between paying bills, buying groceries, or providing gifts for their children. Your support helps relieve this burden and ensures that they can celebrate the season with dignity and a sense of belonging in our IVC community.
Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. Together, we can remind our students that their hard work is seen, their dreams are supported, and their families are cared for by a compassionate community.
Your generosity helps make the holidays brighter for our students and their children and shows them that their community stands beside them every step of the way.
