Esports Arena COVID-19 Procedures
Students and faculty are allowed in the arena so long as they have proof of vaccination. Potential recruits are allowed in the arena. This includes high school and college students from other schools. Ecosystem members will need to enroll in IA – 201 to for direct access to Esports arena. If paying for the class is an issue, call Financial Aid, it may be free and takes 5 minutes. (IVC Financial Aid: 949-451-5287)
- Mask on at all times
- Hand sanitation as necessary
- Separate 6 feet apart
- Masks available in student leaders’ section
- Using antibacterial alcohol-based wipes to clean desks after use
- Max 11 sitting at gaming stations (every other PC)
- Max 2 sitting at broadcasting stations
Guest Requirements
Masking: Masks are suggested, but not required.
Illness: If you or someone you’ve interacted with doesn’t feel well, has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, or has been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, please stay at home. Let your IVC Esports contact know the situation and plans will be re-arranged.
