Andrea Guzzetta is a stained-glass artist and oil painter based in Los Angeles, CA. She has worked for over a decade for stained glass studios such as Conrad Schmitt Studios, Judson Studios, and Theodore Ellison Designs. Her personal style exists in the lowbrow pop surrealism realm showing with galleries nationally and internationally, most notably Beinart Gallery, Corey Helford Gallery, and Archenemy Arts Gallery.
Often compared to Lisa Frank for her use of bright colors and wide-eyed animals, her work explores themes of girlhood, family, and the inexorable connectedness of living organisms and the world we inhabit. Her work draws heavily from the nostalgia of her youth, including Polly Pocket, zoo books, and Littlest Pet Shop.
When not painting cute animals, she can be found walking her tiny dog and playing Pokémon Go.
