Personal Safety Training

Campus Police officers are available upon request for personal safety presentations to increase awareness and personal responsibility of students, faculty, or staff at 949-451-5200. Scheduled crime presentations are offered monthly during each semester as part of the Staying Safe at IVC series.

Citation Payment Plan Information

A registered owner (CVC 460, 505) or person responsible for vehicle citations received on South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD) property shall be eligible to enroll in a payment plan when they have two or more unpaid parking citations or a single citation of at least $250 from a single Campus Police agency. SOCCCD is comprised of two separate Campus Police Departments (Saddleback College Police Department and Irvine Valley College Police Department) Payment plans are specific to each college. Citations from another agency cannot be combined for a payment plan.

I hope this message finds you well. The mission of the Irvine Valley College (IVC) Police Department is to provide a safe learning, teaching and working environment through resolute and professional police services. We are committed to ensuring the safety and security of all students, faculty, staff, and visitors on both the main campus in Irvine and at the Advanced Technology and Education Park (ATEP) in Tustin.

Lost and Found

Found property is stored at the Irvine Valley College Police Department in CP 100 for 90 days. After 90 days the property is transferred to the District Warehouse at Saddleback College.

You will have to fill out a property identification card to retrieve your property. You must present a valid form of identification with your picture on it.

Property is released 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 - 11:30 am Friday.

Live Scan Services

We are a California Department of Justice approved fingerprinting service provider. We do Live Scan and ink fingerprinting in a secure and confidential environment. Appointments can be made below, but walk-ins are also welcome.

Our Services

Our services include Live Scan and ink fingerprinting for employment, licenses, volunteers, adoption, criminal record checks and other legal purposes. Fingerprints are electronically submitted with our Live Scan device, and within hours are transmitted to the below agency(s) for criminal record checks.
