IVC CIM Cybersecurity Center

This Information Technology degree introduces computers, networking, and cybersecurity skills and prepares students to enter the workforce as an entry-level information communications technologies professional (Computer User Support Specialist or Computer Network Support Specialist). 

The program is designed to meet the needs of students who want to obtain entry level employment; to advance in their current positions; or to change careers. 

IVC Named a "2026 Great College to Work For" Fifth Year in a Row

For the fifth year in a row, Irvine Valley College (IVC) is one of the best colleges in the nation to work for, according to the Great Colleges to Work For® program. The results, released today at GreatCollegesList.com and via a special insert of The Chronicle of Higher Education, are based on a survey of 171 colleges and universities. In all, 76 institutions achieved “Great College to Work For” recognition for specific best practices and policies.
