Participants will learn about college information, resources, and opportunities for students interested in transferring to the four-year university. Come learn how to be a successful IVC transfer student and why IVC has the #1 transfer rate in California among all California Community Colleges!

Guaranteed Transfer Admission

IVC TAG Matrix: Overview sheet ( TAG matrix) on the various Transfer Agreement Guarantees IVC has with the UCs, CSUs and Private University.

IMPORTANT

Current IVC Student prior to Fall 2025: Students with continuous enrollment prior to Fall 2025 can continue to complete the CSU or UC IGETC pattern or may elect to complete Cal-GETC but is not required.

IVC students starting Fall 2025: Fall 2025 and after, students who do not have continuous enrollment must complete Cal-GETC pattern. Students from UC, in-state- private and/or out of-state- institutions must complete Cal-GETC.
