Purpose and Services
The Geography Club is committed to organizing services and activities that enhance interest in geography, world cultures, and human/environment relationship; to promoting friendship and fellowship among students of all educational and economical backgrounds; to improving leadership, social, practical skills which will help club members to become conscientious, contributing members of society.
Discovering South Orange County and its physical geography features. Overnight camping near places of interest (lakes, national parks etc.) for learning about physical and cultural geography of the area, and mastering essential camping skills. Club members volunteer at a local beach. Club members volunteer to care and sustain community garden in Santa Ana. Club Members spread the word around about importance of geography in everyday life and how it relates to professional world.
