IVC has partnered with local businesses to offer various food and beverage options to the campus community. There is seating available inside the cafeteria dining room, outdoors under the Student Services Center (SSC) awning across from the Hart Gym, and upstairs on the SSC patio.
Patio Café (Library)

We’re excited to announce the opening of the Patio Café, located behind the library. Stop by for coffee, lattes, matcha, cold brew, and more. If you’ve been getting your coffee and treats from the Dezzertaholics food truck, come visit the Patio Café for a great cup of coffee and a tasty Danish.

Farmers Fridge offers fresh, nutritious, chef-prepared meals via a SmartFridge inside the cafeteria. Select your meal, pay for it, and use the nearby microwave if needed. This option is available during cafeteria dining room hours posted above.
Food Trucks

Each day, two of the following vendors will be present to offer a diverse selection of breakfast and lunch options:
- Chicken and Waffles - Chicken and waffle focused menu
- Empanada Makers - featuring Argentinian breakfast empanadas and traditional selections.
- Italian Burger - Burgers and fries
- Kabobaholic - serving up Mediterranean cuisine for both breakfast and lunch.
- Rolling Bites - Mexican food
- Sabroso Food Truck - enjoy breakfast burritos, burgers, pasta, wings, and more.
- Shelly's Mexican Kitchen - Mexican food
Menu items are generally priced around $10, ensuring accessible and convenient dining for students, faculty, and staff.
Anticipated Dining Facility Opening Schedule

Beverage Vending
Throughout the campus, visitors will find beverage vending machines, supplied by PepsiCo, offering carbonated soft drink soda, diet carbonated soda, lemon/lime products, cold coffee drinks, juice, and water products. Sports drinks, energy drinks, juices, chilled coffee drinks, iced tea, and healthier beverage products are offered at certain locations.
Coffee Vending
Vendibean coffee vending machine offers, hot made-to-order coffee and beverages available throughout the day at various locations around the IVC campus.
Snack Vending
IVC has partnered with First Class Vending to offer conventional snack vending throughout the campus.
