Where is the Bookstore?
- The IVC Bookstore's current location in B 100 will be closed starting on December 19, 2024.
As of January 8, 2025 the IVC Bookstore will be located in BSTIC 101 for online pick-ups only. Please place orders online at ivcstore.com or through your class schedule via Buy Books.
What are your store operating hours?
During Winter Break (December 19, 2024 -January 12, 2025):
- Wednesday, January 8: 9 am - 3 pm
- Thursday, January 9: 9:00 am - 3 pm
- Friday, January 10: 9 am - 2 pm
First week of Classes (January 13-17, 2025):
- Monday, January 13 to Thursday, January 16: 8 am - 6 pm
- Friday, January 17: 8 am - 2:30 pm
Second week of Classes (January 20-24, 2025):
- Monday, January 20: Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Tuesday, January 21 to Thursday, January 23: 8 am - 4 pm
- Friday, January 24: 8 am - 1 pm
Regular Hours (starting January 27, 2025):
- Monday to Thursday: 8 am - 3:30 pm
- Friday: 8 am - 12:30 pm

How do I know what books I need?
- Course materials are listed at ivcstore.com. Use your section ID/ticket number or course details to shop.
- If materials aren’t listed or don’t match your syllabus, email us a screenshot or copy of your syllabus for help.
How do I order Course Materials from Saddleback College using my voucher?
Email ivcbookstore@ivc.edu with course information, including course title, number, ticket number, textbook title, and ISBN.
How can I pay for my books?
- We accept debit/credit cards, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, and Zip online.
- For Voc Rehab, VA, Promise, and other select programs, use Financial Aid/Scholarship with your student ID.
- Important: Funds are deducted only after your order is processed.
For Cash Payments, follow these steps:
- Add Items to Cart: Add the books you want to purchase to your online shopping cart to determine the total amount due.
- Make Cash Payment: Visit the Student Payment Services Office on campus and complete your cash payment.
- Wait for Credit: Allow up to 24 business hours for your payment to be credited to your account.
- Log In: Log in to your bookstore account and select "Financial Aid/Scholarship."
- Enter Voucher Information: Enter your student number and select the voucher named "Student Payment Services Cash 2025."
- Complete Purchase: Finalize your purchase and follow the bookstore's instructions for delivery or pick-up.
What if I can't find my voucher?
Contact your voucher provider for verification, or email us for assistance.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes. Shipping starts at $7.99. Bookstore pickup is free.
When are rentals due?
Rentals for Spring 2025 are due May 21, 2025. If mailed, they must be postmarked by May 21. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
When will my order be ready?
During peak times, orders process within 24-48 business hours. If someone else picks up your order, they’ll need a copy of the pickup notification. Track orders at: Order Status using your order number (starts with 8950000).
Have I been charged?
Charges apply only after processing and when your order is ready for pickup or shipping.
Where is my access code?
Digital codes are emailed within 24 hours. For immediate access, check Order Details. For physical codes, pick them up or receive them via your chosen shipping method. See Help/FAQ for more info.
Can I get a refund if I don’t need a book anymore?
- Course materials must be returned by January 24, 2025. Refunds will be processed within two business days of return for textbooks and unopened access codes.
- Digital content refunds will be applied within 14 days or return, provided no more than 10% is accessed.
- Opened loose-leaf and physical access cards are non-refundable.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders are generally canceled if there’s an issue with the payment method. If so, re-enter and resubmit a new order.
