Irvine Valley College (IVC) has once again set a historic milestone in its four decades of serving Irvine and the surrounding community. As of September 8, IVC’s official fall census enrollment headcount has reached 16,230 students, the largest number since the college’s founding in 1985.
This achievement surpasses last year’s all-time high (15,848) and represents the total number of unduplicated students currently enrolled in courses at the college. It reflects IVC’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality education and meeting the needs of a growing and diverse student population.
“Surpassing last year’s milestone with yet another record enrollment speaks volumes about the momentum we are building at Irvine Valley College,” said IVC President Dr. John Hernandez. “Students are choosing IVC because they see a college that meets them where they are, opens doors to opportunity, and provides a clear path to their goals. We are proud to be a college of choice for so many in our community and beyond.”
