Duplicating Services
The Duplicating Center is available to all faculty and staff.
Hours:
Monday thru Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday, 7:30 a.m to 3 p.m.

When the Center is Open:
To Submit Materials: Materials to be copied should be placed in the “In Basket” in the Duplicating Center with a Duplicating Request Form attached
To Pick Up Materials: Completed materials can be picked up in the Center during regular business hours or on the shelves outside Room A206. Confidential materials are given special handling (ask the Center staff when collecting these materials).
When the Center is Closed:
To Submit Materials: On-line at http://intranet.ivc.edu/duplicating. Duplicating requests may also be left in the drawer marked “Duplicating Materials” in the filing cabinet in A206. Duplicating request forms are available in the same drawer. (Having problems logging in?)
To Pick Up Materials: Completed duplicating will be placed either on the shelves marked “Duplicating Center Completed Materials” outside Room A206, or (in the case of confidential materials) in the filing cabinet marked "Duplicating Materials" in room A206.
Turnaround Time:
During peak periods (the first three weeks of fall, spring, and summer sessions, midterms, and finals), please allow up to three working days for your copy requests to be completed. Larger requests such as Bookstore Buybacks should be submitted at least four weeks before the start of classes.
Exams:
Exams should be submitted and picked-up in the Center at least 48-hours in advance of their due date. Do not wait until the last minute and risk not getting your exam.
Chargeback Policy:
All work for specially funded or contract services (e.g., grants, industry-related projects, etc.), are charged back at 10 cents for each impression. Two-sided (duplexed) copies are counted as two separate impressions. Color copies are 25 cents for each impression.
Bookstore Buybacks:
All materials must have a title page clearly labeled with the course number and the instructor’s name, and must be submitted at least four weeks in advance of the start of classes. Information that should be indicated in the Special Instruction area of the request form is listed below:
- Materials are for Bookstore buyback.
- NO copyright materials. Instructor must have written the entire booklet.
Avery mailing labels, transparencies, letterhead, and memorandum paper must be requested through your school/department.
Copier Equipment Available for Individual Use:
Convenient walk-up copiers are located in the following areas:
- In the Administration Building, A 100
- In an enclosed area off of the hallway of Building A 200,
- Near the faculty mailboxes in B 200
These copiers are not to be used for any one job of over 200 copies. Please plan ahead to have larger jobs handled in the Duplicating Center. A charge number and user ID are needed to operate the walk-up copiers. These can only be obtained from your school/department assistant.
