All ASIVC clubs are required to send their clubs designated ICC representative to the Inter-Club Council (ICC) meetings, held every Second and Fourth Wednesday of the month. *Please check ICC calendar for any updates/changes.
All club officers and members must be currently enrolled students of IVC (College of Record), meet minimum GPA eligibility standards, and hold a valid ASIVC sticker for the current semester.
Clubs must meet all required active/approved membership criteria before receiving funds from Associated Student Government (ASIVC).
The ASIVC activity sticker may be purchased from the Bursar's Office located in the Student Services Center, first floor on the IVC campus.
NOTE: All "Intent to be Active" club forms must be completed, signed by the club's advisor and turned in by the fourth week of the Fall semester (9/11/15 by noon!) to remain active and accordance to Inter-Club Council By-laws. Forms are available online and located in the Student Life/Inter-Club council office's - SSC 260 A
