What to do if you forget your PIN number

Your PIN is a 4 digit number that you selected at the time you applied. If you've forgotten your PIN, you will need to confirm your security information to reset your PIN.

For Previous MySite Users

When you logged into MySite before, you set up a secret question that will help you to access your account. To answer your secret question:

1. Go to MySite.
2. Enter your login name or student ID.
   
3. Click the Forgot Your PIN link and follow the steps to reset your PIN.

For New MySite Users

If you haven't setup a secret question yet, please do so to assist you if you forget your PIN number in the future. To setup your secret question, contact the Office of Admissions and Records at 949-451-5220.
