Your decision to attend Irvine Valley College (IVC) was the right choice. You have chosen a college that is recognized throughout the state for its academic rigor and excellence. As Vice President for Student Services I look forward to meeting you. It is our goal to provide student services in such a manner that each student will achieve his or her academic, career and personal goals.
Within Student Services there are many support programs available to ensure your success. The array of student services programs include: Admissions and Records, the Career & Transfer Center, the Child Development Center, Financial Aid, Guidance and Counseling, the Health and wellness Center, International Students, Matriculation, Assessment and Articulation, Outreach and Community Relations and many programs within Supportive Services; the Veterans Program, Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS, Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (Care), and Disabled Students Programs and Services (DSPS).
Our programs incorporate best practices for serving students and strive to meet the standards under the student success task force recommendations recently adopted by the California Community College Board of Governors http://www.cccco.edu/.
