Quick Overview:

1.  Must be an IVC employee, volunteer, or student.

2.  Complete a Motor Vehicle Requisition every fiscal year.  Motor Vehicle Requisition must be signed by Dean/Administrator/Director.

3. Return completed Motor Vehicle Requisition to the Maintenance Office.

4. New Drivers: Schedule a driving test with the Maintenance Department.

5.  Bring Driver's License with you to appointment.
