Lauren Cotner Francis holds both a B.A. and an M.A. in art history, with particular focus on nineteenth and twentieth-century art.  During her graduate work, she concentrated on American modernism, looking specifically at the paintings of Georgia O’Keeffe. She has worked in a number of museums, including The Kimbell Museum (Fort Worth, Texas), The Meadows Museum (Dallas, Texas), and locally, The Orange County Museum of Art.
