AT&T Gifts $10,000 to Irvine Valley College

     IRVINE, CA – Irvine Valley College received a generous donation of $10,000 from AT&T.  Carol Tagayun, AT&T’s Area Manager of External Affairs, presented the check.

The donation, which was made in cooperation with the Orange County United Way, will be used to provide scholarships and other educational services to students at the college.  AT&T is among the largest corporate philanthropists in the U.S. and has been a generous supporter of Irvine Valley College for several years.  Last year’s donation from AT&T was also for $10,000.

Carol Tagayun is a past chairman of the Irvine Valley College Foundation and has played a key role in the Foundation’s fundraising success.
