IVC Construction Update

At Irvine Valley College (IVC), foundation and footing work is underway on the new $19 million Business and Innovation Center scheduled to open in 2008. This 53,000 square-foot two-story building will be home to state-of-the-art classrooms and labs that will enrich IVC’s campus with wireless access and high-tech classrooms, where business students and faculty can link classroom theory with real-world practices in the areas of computer information systems and technologies, accounting, real estate, business management and marketing.  Adjacent to this site, construction of the $32 million Performing Arts Center – a cultural and architectural centerpiece for the community is nearing completion.
