- Howard Klein, a patent attorney and partner in the Irvine law firm of Klein, O’Neill & Singh, LLP, was named Chairman.
- Shari L. Gunn, Vice President of Content Strategy & Marketing for Primedia, Inc., in Irvine, was named First Vice Chairman.
- Cecilia Goodman, past president of Charter 100, a philanthropic women’s organization, was named Second Vice Chairman.
- Jim Klein, President of Klein Business Services, in Irvine, was named Treasurer.
- Mark Cheung, a partner in the Irvine law firm of Wu & Cheung, was named Secretary.
