Auditions for IVC Masterworks Chorale Begin Aug. 4

The Irvine Masterworks Chorale, under the direction of internationally acclaimed conductor Dr. Janice Wyma, has openings available in all sections for the upcoming winter concert season. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings beginning August 27, 2003. Students will perform a variety of musicfrom classical to modernin public performances, often with orchestral accompaniment. The Chorale offers an unique opportunity for local singers to enrich their musical knowledge and vocal technique.

On-site registration begins Monday, August 4; students should enroll in MUS 39A, ticket #64635. The Irvine Masterworks Chorale is one of several musical ensemble groups at Irvine Valley College. For more information contact Dr. Wyma at 949/451-5205.
