Master Calendar  

The Master Calendar is an updated weekly report of any events, meetings, facility rentals etc. on campus not included in the IVC class schedule listing.

Property Transfer Form

 All items that need to be surplused need to have a Property Trasfer Form completed and sent to the maintenance office.  Once we receive this document, we will schedule a time to pick up the equipment.

Hazardous Waste Requisition- 

All departments that have hazardous waste must complete this document to have Veolia pick it up during regular pick up dates.
