International Student Health Insurance

The South Orange County Community College District requires that all Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College International Students purchase the approved insurance plan through Renaissance Agencies. Other plans are not accepted. Health insurance must be purchased before class enrollment is allowed.

You may purchase your health insurance plan online at www.renstudent.com/ivc or in person at the International Student Center located in room SC220 (second floor) of the Student Services Building. The Center is open Monday – Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. All students enrolling for fall 2005 classes must purchase the annual plan. Please remember that you may not re gister for classes without health insurance.

You are encouraged to attend the health insurance orientations offerred by the International Center, Health Center, and Insurance Agency. For questions and assistance, you may visit the Health Center or the International Center.
