Donations can be made by payroll deduction, cash, check, money order, credit card, or Pay Pal. Pay Pal donations can be made on the IVC website by clicking on the Foundation Information button and selecting "Donate". Make sure to indicate PRO IVC and the Project/Program name or number in the "Purpose" section so the funds are applied properly.
Yes, as long as a Pledge/Donation Agreement Form has been submitted and the funds are pledged by December 31, 2010 and collected by March 31, 2011, they will be eligible for the fund "match".
The amount of matching funds is $30,000.
The "match" will consist of two components. One-half ($15,000) of the "match" will be applied equally to each participating project (but not to exceed the total amount collected for the participating project by March 31, 2011). The other one-half ($15,000) of the "match" will be applied to each participating project on a pro-rata
share, based on the project total amount collected as a percentage of the total amount of all the participating projects.
A PRO IVC final accounting for each participating project will be completed by April 30, 2011. The pledge distribution to each participating project will be completed by May 31, 2011.
