Financial Aid Director Darryl Cox and Student Trustee Paul Ho	Frank Pangborn, Sr. attended the ceremony. His son, Professor Frank Pangborn, served as a second lieutenant in the 1st Air Cavalry Division in Vietnam and now teaches business and real estate at IVC
