IVC Forensics Coaches

Gary Rybold is the Director of Forensics of Irvine Valley College.  He's also coached at many other programs such as Orange Coast College, Azusa Pacific, CSU Fullerton, and Cerritos College.  Gary's expertise lies in Policy and Parliamentary Debate, Limited Preparation, and Platforms speeches. 

Edwin Tiongson (Eddie) is a Forensic Instructor at Irvine Valley College.  He's also coached at Diablo Valley College, University of the Pacific, CSU Northridge, and College of the Canyons.  His expertise lies in Platform Speeches, Oral Intertation of Literature events, Limited Preparation Events, and also Parliamentary Debate.

Apryl Nite is a part-time instructor/coach at Irvine Valley College.  he's coached for CSU Long Beach and Northern Arizona University.  Her level of expertise lie in Oral of Interpretation of Literature events and Platform speeches. 

Nise Frye is a part-time instructor/coach at Irvine Valley College.  She's also coached for CSU Fullerton.  Her level of expertise lie in Oral of Interpretation of Literature events and Platform speeches.  She also runs the Southern California Urban Debate League.

John Lewellin is a volunteer coach and an alumni of Irvine Valley College.  Currently, John is working on is BA at University of Irvine.  His areas of expertise are Limited Preparations events and Parliamentary and Policy Debate. 

Neil Minko is a volunteer coach and alumni of Irvine Valley College. He recently graduated from UC Irvine. He was IVC Forensics captain in 2004. His areas of expertise are Limited Preparations events and Parliamentary Debate

Bill Eddy is a volunteer coach and alumni of Irvine Valley College. Bill has been heavlily involved with the China relations and internet debating.  His areas of expertise are Limited Preparations events and Parliamentary Debate

Joe Disantis is part-time instructor/volunteer coach at Irvine Valley College. He recently graduated from CSULB with a MA in Communication. His areas of expertise are Limited Preparations events and Parliamentary Debate.

Suzi Virzi is volunteer coach at Irvine Valley College. She earned her MA in Communication at CSULA. His areas of expertise are debate and platform speeches.
